If you initiate a refund for our product within 7 days of delivery, upon receipt of the returned product, we will process the refund (100% of the product value) within 2 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 7 business days for funds to appear in your account.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your refund has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact the credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially released.
Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
